At PureCent LLP, we deal in food and grocery products such as ghee, spices, pickles, and other edible items. Due to the nature of these products and to maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, all products sold on www.purecent.in are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
All grocery and food products sold on our website cannot be returned after delivery. This policy is implemented to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with food handling standards.
Exceptions
Although products are non-returnable, we may offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective
A wrong product has been delivered
The product is missing from the package
In such cases, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:
Order number
Clear photographs or Video of the product and package
Description of the issue
Resolution
After verification of the issue, PureCent LLP may provide either:
A replacement of the product, or
A refund to the original payment method, at our sole discretion.
Important Note
Products that have been opened, consumed, or used partially will not be eligible for replacement or refund under any circumstances.
PureCent LLP reserves the right to refuse any request if the claim is found to be invalid or outside the policy conditions.
